My client who are a leading international Pharmaceuticals company looking for a Team Administrative Assistant candidate to start with them as soon as possible and stay with them for 6 months initially. This position provides complex administrative support functions for the Legal, Finance and Compliance departments, ensuring efficient office operations and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, pro activity, ownership and follow-through is essential for this position.If you're available immediately, happy with £15-20 per hour, can commute to N1C and can commit to a 6 month long temporary role, then I would love to hear from you!To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:-Responsible for heavy calendar management utilising Outlook-Experience with support of remote management and team members.-Schedule meetings with internal and external groups as needed, including organising all meeting logistics (availability of attendees, meeting rooms and equipment, online conferencing via WebEx and catering as required)-Assist with creating / editing executive level presentations as may be required-Manage Legal Outside Counsel billing processes, and liaison with Finance department on such matters-Support the Compliance Team on coordinating logistics (including materials) for regional wide training and projects as required (WebEx / rooms / availability cross country etc.)-Assist with travel needs in accordance with the travel policy (air, hotel, car, visa, etc.)-Support / file expense reports using manual and online system (Concur)-Provides candidate care in conjunction with HR when candidates interviewed, and new hires start within the functional teamRequired Knowledge and Abilities:-Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills-Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities-Ability to work proactively and independently-Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy-Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with internal and external personnel-Ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation. -Ability to think strategically in order to improve current processes. -Ability to lead administrative projects and processes with oversightQualifications:-Four or more years of related specialised administrative experience-Prior experience within a Legal Function is desirable-Demonstrated Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
