We are recruiting for an EA to support a Director and a wider team within an area of development, customer experience and organisational transformation. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Epsom area. This role comes with a salary of £28-£33,000 per annum and a fantastic benefits package.
You will be super organised and collaborative with outstanding communication skills as you will get lots of exposure to many stakeholders within the business. Building relationships will be key!
Essentially, you will support the Director, managers and team in their day to day roles and no two days will be the same. You will co-ordinate diaries, arrange meetings, book travel and itineraries, organise away days, work with correspondence - letters, emails, presentations, purchase orders and prioritise where needed.
- Able to demonstrate team support or EA/PA experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Super organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - especially Outlook
- Flexible, collaborative, ideas driven and problem solving skills
