Customer Support Associate (Maternity Cover- 6-9 months )

Salary: £23, 473 ( pro rata duration)

A fantastic job has arisen with our client who is based in Eastleigh. This role requires a candidate who is able to pay attention to detail and offer excellent customer support. This is a unique opportunity to connect with team members and customers. An ideal candidate would have confidence in their work and enjoy helping others. We are looking for an individual who is willing to go beyond the role of customer support to develop their skills further.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of work experience within a high-pressured customer support or complaints role. The successful candidate will be flexible and must be able to hit the ground running in this role. This role is to start immediately. You can also get to this location. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station.
