We are currently looking for an Administrator for our client based in Letchworth who are a growing travel industry specialist.
This is a dynamic and forward thinking company who are passionate about the Travel Industry and making sure each customer's experience is unique and special. The team now need someone new to perform a variety of back office admin tasks.
You daily duties will be:
. Supporting managers and employees in the holiday booking process
. Producing customer documents
. Dealing with customer enquiries via the phone and email
. Ensuring invoices are paid
. Data entry via internal accounts system
To be considered for this position you must have:
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. A confident telephone manner
. Strong attention to detail
. Good knowledge of MS word, MS Excel and Outlook
Experience within the travel industry would be a huge advantage, but not essential.
Paying a salary of up to £18,000, you will also benefit from:

Staff discounts on travel and holidays.
Working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Alternate Saturdays will be required, with a day off in lieu.
