Are you working in a retail sales environment and ready to take your skills to an office based role? If this sounds like you, then this may be just the opportunity you are looking for.
36 hours per week - rotational shift pattern that covers the hours of 9am- 8pm, Monday - Friday and 9am- 5pm on Saturdays working one in two Saturdays.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Taking inbound telephone calls and provide quotes on various insurance products.
Outbound calls speaking with customers about their existing insurance policy
Providing customers with quotations.
Providing the relevant information to support customers in making their choice, decision and purchase
Understanding customer needs by asking the right questions.
Maintain customer records and take telephone payments
Working in a team to achieve sales targets.
Keeping an up to date knowledge of products
To apply for this role you will need a background in sales or customer service and be able to demonstrate your capabilities of achieving targets. You must have a confident telephone manner and be passionate about delivery first class service.
