Administrator/PA required for a fixed term contract until the end of October 2019, £20523 pro rata, based in Central Brighton, for the UK regulator of Pensions, to start in April.

You will be supporting the team of PA's who support several Directors.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Be responsible for complex diary management
  • Manage inboxes using initiative
  • Take minutes/actions at meetings
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality always, particularly when dealing with very sensitive or restricted information
  • Co-ordinate team away-days or other off-site events
  • Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide cover for Executive PA team colleagues as required
  • Book travel when requested, keeping accurate records and managing expenses
  • Use excellent time management skills

Candidates must have previous experience in a fast paced similar admin/PA position. Strong knowledge of MS Outlook and Word essential, and ability to handle a high workload and prioritise the needs of the business, working under pressure and a can do attitude. Must be confident dealing with Management and Stakeholders.

This a full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, civil service pension, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata, flexible working and opportunities to progress your career.
