You could be the newest edition to a rapidly growing fin-tech company. Our award winning client is based in the heart of Manchester city centre. Due to large growth within the company, our client are ready to welcome a Service Desk Advisor/ First Line Support to their team.
You will be joining an established team, providing industry leading customer service to clients. Logging and resolving all customer issues and queries, in a timely manner. You will utilise your interpersonal skills through ongoing relationship management with clients. Full training is provided which will enable you to offer support on all company products and services.
Your skill set and previous experience within support roles will enable you to hit the ground running. Excellent communication and written English skills are vital, along with a good telephone manner. Your great organisational skills and ability to work under pressure will be complemented by your proactive attitude, making you an ideal candidate for the role.
Your exceptional work ethic and strong skill set will be greatly received and recognised by our client. The basic salary is paid up to £25,000 annually, along with many benefits that our client offers.
