ABOUT THE JOB
The company have a fantastic opportunity for dynamic, passionate and beauty obsessed individuals to join their UK Contact Centre in Fareham and build a career in Customer Service.
Working as part of a high performing team, you will provide advice and support to their Online and in-store consumers. You will work across three main channels; telephone, email and live chat and will deliver an outstanding 'high touch' service at all times.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with our consumers by telephone, email and live chat through our CRM platform.
- Provide advice, answer questions and promote our brands in every interaction.
- Place orders, resolve technical queries and undertake associated administrative activities.
- Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure a full resolution for our consumers.
ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP
We are offering you the chance to join this company and undertake an NCFE accredited level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
A competitive starting salary with substantial increase on successful completion of our development program (usually 18 months).
THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applicants should be passionate about people, service and beauty and enjoy talking on the phone, as well as writing emails and (live) chatting! You will have GCSE Math's and English language and feel able to cope well working in a sometimes pressured environment.
We believe in doing the right thing for our valued consumers, so attention to detail and the ability to take ownership are essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Please be aware that applicants will need to be able to drive and own their own car to be able to get to this location.
