My client based in Bristol is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work within their fast paced Operations Centre.
In this role you would be responsible for answering all emergency calls received to their Care Line and will be carefully assessing the next course of action, whether it be alerting a family member or contacting the emergency services. You will be expected to deliver the highest level of customer care for customers, clients and other departments.
This is a full-time position working on a 2 week rolling rota. You will be required to work 12 hour shifts from 7:30am - 19:30pm and will be scheduled to work every other weekend.
This is a temporary 6 month placement offering an hourly rate of £12.85.
