Working within a professional, friendly small team for a well-established company in Welwyn Garden. You will be taking inbound calls on the maintenance helpdesk, reporting and coordinating property repairs. Job Details:

Taking inbound calls on the helpdesk for maintenance / property repairs

Dealing with incoming emails regarding repairs

Co-ordinate maintenance operatives and contractors

Log all maintenance repairs on the system and ensure that updates are provided on a regular basis

Escalate urgent repairs

Prepare activity reports

Raising and processing purchase orders / invoices

Cover as and when required for reception

General administration, filing, responding to emails, sending information

Person Specification:

Property helpdesk experience or related

Ability to deal with volume inbound calls

Great attention to detail, ability to problem solve and ask the right questions

IT Literate with MS Office word and excel
