A Senior Site Coordinator role has become available at one of London's leading Engineering companies.

The purpose of the role is to carry out the coordination of a number of sites, while carrying out an admin supervisory role for the portfolio.

This includes administration of the service department in relation to specific sites, such as quotations, Subcontractors works and ordering.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

-Responsible for writing and overseeing all quotations for the company in relation to the site, to a high standard-Liaising with relevant parties to gain any information required for quotations-Making sure all quotations are issued in a timely manner and to all correct parties.-Liaise with all members of the company and subcontractors to book in and ensure quotations are carried out correctly-To create and maintain the Purchase Orders for all works related to the site-To ensure all Subcontractor compliance and quoted works for site is scheduled and booked with the relevant clients and managers-Completing all reports required by our client in relation to site, including daily and monthly reports-Carrying out the administration of Concept, Vicinitee and other help desk and compliance software as specified by the client British Land-Advising site engineers of all responsive, quoted and planned work, to enable scheduling and completion of work in a timely fashion

Senior Site Coordinator duties

-Assist the other site coordinators with the duties, offering advice on the different used systems-Scheduling the monthly reports meetings with the client, sending out a monthly schedule, booking in report review meetings-Ensuring portfolio-wide compliance is being kept up to date by monitoring quoodq and sending emails to the relevant site admin and engineers -Assisting the Contracts Manager with their duties during busy periods-Training new site coordinators

Skills/Qualifications Required

-Ability to use job management software I.E Concept, Simpro, quooda - previous experience in these systems is not a necessity but you must be capable in learning different administration software-Ability to use Office -Ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors in a presentable manner.
