Collections Team Leader

Hours 37 per week - working between the hours of 08.00 - 18.00 Mondays to Fridays
The role of Payment Assistance Team Leader is a vital one within this business. Based in their Nottingham offices you will manage a team of 3 Payment Assistance Executives and 1 Admin Executive who will be dealing with our in life customers when they find themselves in financial difficulty.
The organisation needs an efficient and conscientious person to manage and drive the team to provide best in class service. The role will focus on executing the Payment Assistance contact strategies to ensure the customers feel confident to come to us when they are in financial difficulty. The client have a very supportive approach to their customers and show forbearance and empathy at this very difficult time in the customers lives. My client do not believe in a one shoe fits all approach and will work with our customers to find the best solution for the company.
This is an exciting time for this business as they look to dominate our current market and diversify into new products and channels. With this in mind you really need to be up for it! This role is likely to progress into a Team Manager role quite quickly to support the international growth of the business. Processes and systems will change, the pace will be fast moving and we need people who can stay positive, have a smile on their face whilst rolling up the proverbial sleeves and getting stuck in.
