- An ambitious and growing Fin-tech scale-up is currently seeking two Client Service Executive's to join their Product/ Customer Service Team, paying between £25,000 - £30,000 + an excellent benefits package. Located centrally in the heart of Mayfair, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing a 5 star, luxury customer service to high net worth clients as well as having technical capabilities to assist with the platform.
- This position sits within the ambitious and driven client services team, but the primary focus of this role is to support the clients on their day-to-day use of the platform. You will be front line support to all clients and help them technically to use the platform effectively and efficiently to make sure clients are always having the best experience using the product.
- You will be an engaging customer service professional with over 2 years working as the first point of contact for a company. Ideally you will have previous experience working within the financial industry and have experience working to support an online profile. You will be tech savvy and enjoy working in a fast paced, but rewarding environment.
