My client who are a leading international Pharmaceuticals company looking for a Temporary Contracts Administrator candidate to start with them as soon as possible and stay with them for 6 months.

The role performs Legal contract administration and purchasing/supply chain activities in a contract software system.
You will partner with other Contracts Administrators, the Legal Department and internal customers to input and manage a variety of contract requests through our contract management process.
Primary responsibility is to ensure the legal contracts are reviewed and approved but as part of the procurement department, you will also play a role in also supporting our Procure-to-Pay process and procurement/supply chain activities.
-Maintaining the Contract Management system database daily and report performance. Ensure prompt and accurate processing and review of contracts in support of all departments and financial goals-Reviewing contracts to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. Ensure timely legal review for operational and compliance requirements-Managing all correspondence between the Contract Management System, the Legal Team and Suppliers to ensure contracts are correctly executed, signed and filed. Comply with medical/pharma and financial compliance requirements for executing contracts with suppliers-Establishing strong communication with the Legal Department and internal customers across a variety of different central and in-country teams. Liaise with these internal and external customers to ensure prompt and correct data entry of all contracts
The ideal candidate will:
-Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of contract administration process and/or procurement experience-Have the ability to learn a legal contract and procure-to-pay (purchase order process) system, use ERP systems, and participate actively in cross-functional international project teams-Have a proven ability to build partnerships across a multi-departmental/country business

-Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.-Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities-Ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation -Ability to think strategically in order to improve current processes.
