Job Title: Junior Support Technician
Hours: 9-5pm Monday through Friday
A fantastic opportunity to become part of the IT industry has arisen, with no prior experience needed, our client is looking for a friendly, personable and good willed candidate to join their support team with view to be trained & developed in the ever growing IT industry.
Drivers licence is a must!
In time the responsibilities of the role would include:
- Monitor customer issues & completing basic support where appropriate
- Escalate support requests
- Create user accounts & manage permissions and passwords
- Provide telephone and email support to customers
- Support in-house IT team with basic support.
