A fantastic opportunity exists to join a leading employer in South Devon, based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. The business has grown steadily in recent years and has an excellent reputation in the market for the specialist skills of its staff and the premium product range.
The Service Administrator will undertake the following duties;
- Allocation of timesheets
- Opening of job cards
- Recording the job card information
- Matching the job cards to invoices
- Assist in dealing with customers and scheduling works
- Processing warranty claims through to payments
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
The successful candidate will have a solid office administration background, be prepared to work as part of a team and demonstrate great organisational skills.
The working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
