Opportunity for an accomplished, CIPS Procurement professional to own responsibility on the procurement and management of high value/major contracts for a not for profit organisation.
Working in the Business & Organisation Development team, your role requires a commercially focused approach with the principles being very much value and quality driven.
- You will inherit an existing pipeline of strategic contractual agreements that need to managed and reviewed and developed.
- You'll have ownership of new procurement projects from concept to completion stage.
- You'll have team 2 staff members to oversee, who work as part of the BOD team and who assist in areas of your remit, but are not defined as procurement staff.
- You'll have an eye and understanding for contractual legalities, T&C and NDAs.
Previous experience of procuring services in either the public or private sector would benefit.
CIPS or equivalent qualification please.
