Sales Team Leader - Eastleigh - £30,000-£34,000 plus bonus

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation based in the Eastleigh area. They are already a hugely successful business but have big plans for growth, therefore they require a driven and highly motivated individual to take their sales team in the UK to the next level.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the sales team and ensure strategic business growth by motivating and driving performance. If you have the ability to motivate, inspire and get the best out of your team whilst constantly developing their skills then this could be the next challenge you are looking for.

Duties also include:

 Reviewing of quote response times, individual workflow, monthly 121 meetings, identifying training needs, appraisals and general support as required.

 Customer visits and training, as applicable.

 Establish and review sales budgets.

 Customer service including quoting, sales order entry and general support as required.

 Establish, review and maintain customer contract pricing agreements.

 Manage and review bonded stock and scheduled orders

 Calculation of team monthly commissions/incentives.

 Ensure that all administrative procedures/work instructions are followed completely as directed by ISO9001 standard.

 Point of escalation for any customer problems ensuring quick communication and resolution of problem.

 Ability to quickly assess and qualify potential opportunities and develop and carry out effective sales programmes

 Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Management position.

 Displays strong communication skills, both written and verbal within and outside of the company.

 Display passion for providing customer service excellence.

 Experience of working on a CRM system is preferable.

 Industry knowledge preferred, manufacturing, industrial or shipping
