Tate Exeter are working closely with a valued professional services client on the outskirts of Exeter to source a proven Learning and Development Trainer to work closely with their busy teams.
To deliver appropriate training across all departments within the company
To assess, review and implement training to ensure best practice and to reinforce exceptional customer service.
Working closely to ensure full compliance to legal, company and regulatory procedures
To motivate staff and encourage personal development
To update training materials and design and deliver new material
To deliver company inductions
Review all training materials and monitor the trainee's ongoing progress
Ensure all related administrative requirements are carried out efficiently
Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions to staff and deliver constructive and motivational feedback.
Assist the L&D Manager with reporting and projects as required
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' working in a similar role
CIPD Level 3 - or be prepared to study for the qualification
Clear written and spoken communication skills
Interpersonal skills, enabling you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
Problem solving and negotiation skills
Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules
Excellent time management and professional customer service skills.
