Bright, driven Sales Support Executive required for growing start up digital technical company, based in Brighton, with regular travel to client premises and networking events, up to £23k OTE £27K. Working in a relaxed, fun and dynamic, cutting edge environment, we will train on our products if you can bring drive, initiative, enthusiasm and rapport building/sales experience to us. You'll contribute by supporting and developing our contact networks for our Directors by supporting new business and growing new accounts.
Working on a broad 80% split of existing clients to 20% new business and referrals, you will have the commercial business acumen to deliver against targets and generate appointments for the management team.
Due to the regular travel involved, a clean driving licence is required, we can provide the car.
You will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying target contacts to develop opportunities, via outbound calling, emails, social media and networking events.
- Influencing key decision makers, up to Board Level, both face to face, via strong written persuasive communication, or over the phone.
- Understanding buying behaviour, with the ability to close a deal.Ideal candidates will have some B2B sales or key account development experience, with previous networking or public speaking expertise. Graduate calibre preferred but not essential. Strong interest in simulations, digital communications, cutting edge IT technology advantageous, but a "can do attitude, with the desire to achieve and a proactive, positive attitude is more important, as we can train on the rest.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm, 23 days holidays plus Bank Holiday, pension, discounted gym membership, personal accident cover, Central Brighton location and chance to join a friendly and growing team. Immediate interviews.
