Role: Customer Service Advisor

Pay: £9.74 per hour

Hours: Full time, working 37 hours a week

Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for one of the UK's most respected and established automotive companies.

What will I be doing?

The role will include speaking with existing customers, delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service. You will be working in a contact centre environment as part of a committed team. Generally, the workloads are high this time of year. You will endeavour to meet the customer's needs handling issues while multi tasking.

Experience Required:

  • Insurance experience or complaint management experience (essential)
  • Appreciation of great customer service
  • Confident to talk on the phone while using multiple computer systems
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
