Role: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Temporary - Good chance of converting to Permanent
Pay: £9.74 per hour
Hours: Full time, working 37 hours a week
Start date: ASAP
Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for one of the UK's most respected and established automotive companies.
What will I be doing?
The role will include speaking with existing customers, delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service. You will be working in a contact centre environment as part of a committed team. Generally, the workloads are high this time of year. You will endeavour to meet the customer's needs handling issues while multi tasking.
You will be working 7 & ¼ hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Appreciation of great customer service
- Confident to talk on the phone while using multiple computer systems
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Persuasion and negotiating skills
- Ability to work under pressure
