About our Client:
Our client is a UK based supply chain, freight forwarding and logistics brand and are the UKs predominant international supply chain partner to the retail and consumer goods industries.
Purpose of the Role:
To be the first point of contact for the Client and the wider business network
To go on to site where required as a frontline support to clients
To support the Client Manager in operational and development tasks as required.
To be the key contact for all LIMA (Logistics Information Management Application) related queries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Run and analyse invoice/PO reporting
Run and analyse Client reporting
Be face of the brand direct with the clients
Act as support on the frontline to clients on their sites if required
Complete Origin dashboard chasers
Complete destination dashboard chasers
Understand and follow SOP requirements
Deal with basic Q&A from internal stakeholders
Deal with basic Q&A from client stakeholders
Escalate any issues that may impact client SLAs
Consolidate weekly market updates
Undertake training sessions for new users
Understand track structure
Dashboard maintenance - removing cancelled orders etc. to maintain a clean dashboard
Support of all users with queries
Manage daily activity via Action lists / updates / dashboard
Awareness of KPI measurements
