Customer Service Executive

Our client is a global and well established company in their market. They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their successful customer service team. Role consist of -
- Resolve customer queries by providing excellent customer service
- Sales admin support using in house systems -SAP and CRM
- Liaising will all levels of the company to assist in resolving issues
- Provide pricing for customers
- Working alongside account managers
- Updating of stock and orders for Customers
- General admin duties
Ideal candidate -
- Experience of using SAP or CRM systems
- ABPI Accredited would be benefical
- Experience of sales admin and support
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to multi task and work on your own
- If you have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry this would be an advantage
