Customer Service Coordinator

Temporary ongoing

£9.00 per hour

Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30)

Birmingham

Our well established and dynamic client is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from all customers as and when required in professional and friendly manner
  • Being the first point of call for all customers
  • Liaising with different departments
  • Respond and acknowledge all enquiries
  • Resolve customer problems/complaints and escalate where necessary
  • Following up queries and providing accurate solutions
  • Ensuring accurate logging of customers cases

Experience/Skills required:

  • Essential - Customer service experience based within a call centre environment
  • Desirable - Experience with diary management
  • Must thrive under pressure
  • Must be able to prioritise a heavy workload and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Professional
  • Highly organised
