This Payroll and Benefits Administrator position has come available due to retirement.

Here, you'll be part of the HR Team reporting to the HR Director - and will have full ownership of the staff payroll and benefits. You will liaise with brokers, leasing companies, and employees at all levels.

Running the monthly payroll for nearly 300 staff in UK and Ireland, you'll submit the RTI and run accurate and reliable administrations for:

  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme
  • Salary exchange for Pension Contributions
  • Life Assurance Scheme
  • Private Health Scheme
  • Company Car Fleet
  • Childcare Vouchers

You'll need to be computer literate, experienced in using payroll software and accurate with excellent attention to detail.

You have a caring customer service attitude and understand the importance of clear and open communication to give the valued staff a great internal service.

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years' experience in running payroll, and ideally a payroll qualification please. You should also be keen to remain up to date with the latest legislation and developments in your area of expertise.

This is a super opportunity. We'd recommend you have your own transport due to the location and lack of public transport in this area.
