CRM & Data Stewardship Manager, Frimley, Contract, 12 months, £20phTate have teamed up with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit for a CRM & Data Stewardship Manager on a full time basis.This position will run for 1 year initially in Frimley and then an office relocation to London will be compulsory after the first 12 months of the role. You will be able to work from home at points during the week while in London.The Role:· Ensure CRM and Data Management and Data Stewardship support to the internal customers in the UK and Ireland· Engage the field-based and head office associates in the use of the CRM system · Support on delivering training to the field-based and head office associates in the CRM and maintenance of training documentation· Support on responding to data queries/inquiries, running end user data queries and analysis and testing the changes to the systems· Provide input, review, and refine data policies, standards, metrics, procedures, enterprise business data glossary and data model· Define, perform data quality analysis, identify data quality issues, data quality requirements· Perform operational activities of data lifecycle management: MDM processes (DCR management), Consent Management, External Matching / Load Process· Supporting Data Audits· Coordinating fulfilment of GDPR Requests· Metadata Management· Help define Business Glossary definition· Participate in Data Governance meetings· Managing requests for new data on boarding · Ensure compliance and alignment of the CRM system and Data Management and Data Stewardship processes and activities with the ABPI code and GDPR policyExperience Required:· Degree in business administration, marketing and/or scientific. · Experience in Training Delivery is a must.· Be certified in Training Delivery Skills by the IT Training division of the National Computer Centre (NCC) and/or the Training Foundation (TAP) is highly desirable· Be certified in e-Learning Management Skills by the IT Training division of the National Computer Centre (NCC) and/or the Training Foundation (TAP) is highly desirable· Experience in CRM and data stewardship activities or customer facing activities is desirable· Knowledge of database concepts preferred· Experience in service providing and/or operations is highly desirable· Analytical skills are critical. Excellent interpersonal/problem solving skills · Clear communication skills and customer service mindset· Ability to work with multiple business lines to drive governance and stewardship within a global organisationIf you have the suitable skills and experience to match the above please apply today.
