We are recruiting for an Account Co-ordinator for a thriving and growing business based in the Chessington area. This is a permanent full-time position.
We are looking for someone who is able to support the department and ensure that the team has a thorough understanding of the customer requirements. You will co-ordinate product information and manage the sales order management process.
Some key duties as follows:
- Account set up and creation of sales orders accurately
- Setting up customer items and preparing range sheets, price lists and order forms
- Creating product specifications, including packaging and shipping requirements
- Preparing product ranges and organising delivery schedules
- Be a main point of contact for allocated customers
- Sales order processing experience
- Exposure to ERP systems and have a good command of Excel
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ideally a planning or supply chain background
