We are recruiting for an Account Co-ordinator for a thriving and growing business based in the Chessington area. This is a permanent full-time position.

We are looking for someone who is able to support the department and ensure that the team has a thorough understanding of the customer requirements. You will co-ordinate product information and manage the sales order management process.

Some key duties as follows:

  • Account set up and creation of sales orders accurately
  • Setting up customer items and preparing range sheets, price lists and order forms
  • Creating product specifications, including packaging and shipping requirements
  • Preparing product ranges and organising delivery schedules
  • Be a main point of contact for allocated customers

Personal Specification:

  • Sales order processing experience
  • Exposure to ERP systems and have a good command of Excel
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Organised, proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ideally a planning or supply chain background
