Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our clients company for someone to join their small friendly team. The role is to take responsibility for streamlining processes, managing and implementing direct debit payments and work directly with the business owners to assist with financial forecasting and annual reporting.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to work under pressure and to deadlines, an independent worker and will have a good academic background.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage and implement Direct Debit payments using Sage and banking app interface
Liaising with remote sites and customers
Manage project timescales
Communicating with Bank
Responsible for Sage system - Superuser
P&L statements, Month End runs
Working closely with business owners to produce Annual Reports and financial forecasting
Good mathematical skills or knowledge of general accountancy,
Knowledge of Sage,
Ability to pick things up quickly and accurately,
Resilient and able to work under pressure to deadlines,
Comfortable working as an independent worker,
Previous experience of working in property or estates would be an advantage
And experience of producing financial forecasts and annual reports would be beneficial.
