About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our ambitious growth plans in providing award-winning Health, Life and Income Protection Insurance.
Working within our Customer Services Team you will provide an efficient administration service by maintaining and updating customer policy databases and claims in a timely manner, and ensuring the information supplied is correct. You will also deal with incoming post and scanning documentation.
Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential. Excellent administration skills, computer skills, organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must along with being a good relationship builder. Knowledge or experience of working in a Financial Services organisation is desirable.
This role is a Phone based Customer Service Role within an administration team.
You must have the right to work in UK without restrictions.
