Due to growth we are looking for someone to make this National Business Development Manager role their own!

This role will be home based, my Client has offices up and down the country so you will have the option to work in branches also.

This is an exciting new position, my Client has huge growth plans within all parts of the business over the next 3 years. We are looking for people who have 3 + years' experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager role ideally within BPO, vetting, checking or referencing would be ideal. We are looking for people who are looking to further their career, make an impact, bring energy and really make this role your own! As this role evolves so could you!

The package will be circa £85,000 - This includes a basic salary of circa £40,000 + £40,000 bonus and a car or car allowance.

A bit about the role:

You will execute a sales plan covering the full range of services discussed and agreed with the Services Director, to generate profitable revenue from new clients to achieve the business area's new business sales targets

To generate leads to create a sales opportunity pipeline capable of delivering the Business Development Manager's annual sales targets

To personally engage with and nurture contacts in the sales plan's target market sectors to develop and manage the resulting sales opportunities

To prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and bid documents to prospects

To secure new profitable revenue that meets and exceeds personal annual sales targets set by the Services Director

To maintain a level of knowledge of the political, legislative and technological tends in the industry that conveys your credibility to clients

Create demand for the wider NSL organisation's current services by raising their profile with customers, to showcase the breadth of our services
