Export Sales Coordinator required by a successful international company based approximately 10 miles east of Exeter. If you are looking for a role that offers high levels of job satisfaction, then please get in touch!
This role will best suit a confident account manager with solid export experience, excellent customer service, planning and organisational skills.
Handle quotations and supply to international customers
Handle invoicing and export documentation and administration
Liaise with customers and overseas representatives to consistently improve service
Ensure financial and administration paperwork is accurately produced and on time
Build positive relationships with customers and keep them updated with all aspects of their orders
Exceptional communication skills, both written (email mostly) and verbal
Strong MS Office skills - especially Excel, Access and Word
Knowledge of export documentation is essential
High level planning and organisation capabilities
Due to the nature of the company, knowledge of the book trade, educational resource research tools and web resources would be particularly favourable for this opportunity.
There is a profit share annual bonus along with a basic salary for this role.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the company
