Situated in lovely modern offices with great local facilities in Farnborough, this market leader would be offering a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skill set and settle within a great business.The Job:- Answering incoming calls from customers, acting as first point of contact help desk-Resolving any questions and quires where possible or escalating where necessary - Working very closely with technical and sales teams to help resolve customer enquires- Adhere to SLA requirements - Logging tickets and tracking their progress.
