Customer Service Executive


£21k to £22k

Currently recruiting for a number of roles within their Customer Service team.

Roles consist of -

  • Dealing with Customers via all platforms - email, phone and live chat
  • Updating customers records
  • Quotations
  • Keeping clients updated on progress of their orders
  • Dealing with all levels of enquiries from new clients to existing
  • Dealing with renewals

Ideal experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proven ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self motivated
