Customer Service Executive
£21k to £22k

Roles consist of -
- Dealing with Customers via all platforms - email, phone and live chat
- Updating customers records
- Keeping clients updated on progress of their orders
- Dealing with all levels of enquiries from new clients to existing
- Dealing with renewals
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Proven ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated
