Customer Service Coordinator

Our well established and dynamic client is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple engineer diaries
  • Call businesses to arrange a suitable time for an engineer to complete a service or install the item
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Handle any customer queries via telephone and email
  • Provide updates or amendments to engineers
  • Check-in and follow up scheduled appointments

Experience/Skills required:

  • Essential - Customer service experience based within a call centre environment
  • Desirable - Outbound call centre experience
  • Desirable - Experience with diary management
  • Must thrive under pressure
  • Must be able to prioritise a heavy workload and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
