Customer Service Coordinator
£9.00 per hour
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30)
Our well established and dynamic client is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and growing team.
- Coordinate multiple engineer diaries
Call businesses to arrange a suitable time for an engineer to complete a service or install the item
- Schedule customer appointments
- Handle any customer queries via telephone and email
- Provide updates or amendments to engineers
- Check-in and follow up scheduled appointments
- Essential - Customer service experience based within a call centre environment
- Desirable - Outbound call centre experience
- Desirable - Experience with diary management
- Must thrive under pressure
- Must be able to prioritise a heavy workload and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
