Customer Service Advisor
£9.00 per hour
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30)
Our client is a well-established energy company based in Milton Keynes and they are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service adviser to join their expanding team.
Reporting directly to the customer service manager you will be responsible for organising a large workforce of engineers on a day to day basis.
You will need to contact existing business clients and arrange an appropriate time for the engineers to visit their site and install new equipment.
Once you have arranged a time with the client you will then need to relay the information to the engineer who operates in that area and update their diary accordingly.
As you will be coordinating multiple engineers at any given time a high level of accuracy is essential!
You will be handling customer queries via telephone and email, then relaying the information back to the engineers and updating their schedules.
As this will be a phone based role, excellent customer service skills are a must and recent call centre experience is desirable.
A high level of organisation is essential as you will be dealing with multiple diaries at once. You must also be able to relay and record all information accurately to ensure a high level of service.
You will enjoy working under pressure to tight deadlines and must enjoy a challenge!
An enthusiastic approach and a can do attitude will be vital for this role.
