Job title: Customer Support Advisor - 6 month FTC
Base location: Winchester
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm / 9:30am-5:30pm
A Customer Support Advisor is required on a 6 month contract; to provide excellent customer service, and support account managers with daily administrative tasks.
To effectively deal with customer requests via telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Dealing with customer needs/complaints
- Meeting deadlines in high pressure situations
- Building effective working relationships with other departments
- Developing a sound knowledge of products and services
- Researching sales leads
- Attending professional events
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- 5 GCSE's or equivalent; Maths and English
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
