Part Time Office Manager/Quality Administrator- Fareham - Salary - up to £30,000 pro rata3 days per week - flexibleDuties will include:Arrange and minute general meetings as and when required Help with control of office budgets Keep aware of Health and Safety requirements, including fire legislation. Arranging travel, meetings and appointments Review of processes of quality system and keeping on top of GDPR complianceMaintain electronic quality management system and prepare for auditsOrdering and maintain stationery, office equipment and furnitureOrganising office maintenance and repair With MD, review and update the company's health and safety policy, and arranging checks Arrange supply and maintenance office equipment and stationeryLiaise with insurance brokers on insurances, checking policies meet company requirementsThis role requires someone with similar experience so they can hit the ground running, along with the ability to manage their own time effectively.You must be happy to work alone in the office on occasions and be extremely confidential due to the nature of the business. SkillsCompetence in using Microsoft Office Word and ExcelGood time and project administration skillsThe ability to multitaskExcellent oral and written communication skillsBe dependable and trustworthyExercise good customer service skills to both internal and external employees or clientsBe self-motivated, focused, and persistentAble to work as a member of small team and often aloneAttention to detail
