Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in customer service? An incredible opportunity has arisen to join a growing team based in Ruddington, Nottingham. With impressive offices and a friendly team, there couldn't be a better time to kick off your new year with a fantastic new role. The basic salary for the role is £17,000. The hours for the role will be 37.5 hours per week between 8.30am-7.00pm Monday-Friday, 09.00am-5.00pm Saturday and 10.00am-4.00pm Sunday.
The role itself will involve dealing with incoming enquiries from customers, stores and business partners. This could involve telephone, email or social media enquiries. This is great, as it means you have some variety within the role too! You'll use the internal systems to manage the needs of customers, promoting the company values whilst supporting the customers in their journey.
To be successful in the role, you will be a caring person with a good understanding of MS Office (Outlook in particular) with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. You'll have excellent attention to detail and a sound understanding of products and services provided by your company.
