We have a temporary opportunity for a positive and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team on the outskirts of Winchester. This is a busy role that requires excellent customer service. The responsibilities include:
- Accurately record information and update the database
- Answer all queries effectively and in a timely manner recording interactions with clients, customers and operatives
- Raise new jobs ensuring they have the correct information
- Allocate the right operative based on skills, availability and location to the jobs that are coming up to ensure that the job is completed
- Dealing with all customer queries over the phone
The suitable candidate will be approachable, hardworking and confident on the phone to work as part of a team. Due to the location it would be beneficial to be able to drive.
