Our Exeter clients are looking for bright and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Advisers/Administrators to join their busy New Business team, processing new applications and handling incoming calls from Independent Financial Advisers.

This is an exciting opportunity for efficient team players to work as first point of contact for a successful, well established financial services company. Suitable candidates will have proven background in a customer focused, administration/incoming call role. (Ideally gained in an insurance environment.)

You will be a clear communicator with the ability to build rapport and confidence with all external contacts. Strong IT skills are also required.

Knowledge or past experience in insurance or working with Financial Advisers will be a definite advantage.

A minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent, including grades A* - C in English and Maths are essential
