I am supporting a well recognised company in Bristol (Harbourside) in their search for Customer Service Advisors and on a Temporary basis to start as soon as possible.
Your role will be to support the Contact Centre team, receiving inbound calls from Customers and processing enquiries and requests.
You will be required to work 1 in 3 weeks, so flexibility is a must. They also have options for overtime.
These roles are paying between £9.50 - £10 per hour.
In order to apply you must have:
· Minimum of 4 GCSE's to include Maths and English C and above (or equivalent)
· Excellent communication skills
· IT Literate
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Call Centre experience is desirable
