Tate are proud to be working with LV= Liverpool Victoria to recruit a team of talented permanent Customer Representatives to join their office in Bristol Aztec West.

Customers and members are at the heart of LV= and delivering excellence in customer service is part of what their brand is all about. LV= handles more than 18,000 calls a day so you will be busy talking to customers over the phone, email and live chat.

In this exciting role, you will be answering all inbound calls that come into the friendly contact centre, typically the calls you receive will be to do with insurance policies. Each call you take will be different and you will take ownership of tasks and queries for that customer. Alongside this, you must ensure that the general administration of their policies is maintained and updated accordingly.

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota that will change every 8 weeks (Monday - Friday 8-8pm, Saturday - 9-5pm, Sunday and bank holidays -10-4pm) and you will enjoy a competitive salary of £17500 per annum and great company benefits including:
