Job Purpose

To serve our customers by providing product and service information; resolving service problems

Job Description

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times to internal and external customers
  • To arrange collections
  • To monitor all customer shipments and to provide updates to customers as and when requested
  • To provide quotations and delivery service options to existing and potential customers

Key Performance Indicators

  • Monthly on time delivery performance
  • Quotes given to clients against number of jobs that have gone ahead
  • Number of complaints vs number of complaints resolved
  • New business won
