A leading business based in Ashburton but moving to new offices in Exeter in 2019 is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator (Part-time) to cover 21 hours per week. You will be tasked with dealing with customer queries and updating records.

The main duties of the role are as follows;

  • Answer all calls in line with agreed KPI's
  • Carry out triage on product faults
  • Update personal details onto the CRM database
  • Take customer payments
  • Communicate with outside agencies where required.

The ideal candidate will be happy to work three full days, working from 9am to 5pm and be eventually move with the company to its new office location in Exeter.
