A leading employer based in Ashburton is looking to recruit a Call Centre Operative on a maternity contract for 12 months. The role will cover 32 hours per week over a set shift pattern.

The role will suit a candidate who has previously worked in a call centre, has great customer facing skills and can demonstrate great problem solving experience. The main duties of the role are as follows;

  • Evaluate inbound calls
  • Assess and manage appropriate responses
  • Deal with all calls within agreed KPI's
  • Liaise with emergency services when required
  • Speak to customers to ensure they are fully supported at all times.

You must be able to work the following shift pattern:

Monday 6am to 2pm,

Tuesday 11am to 7pm

Thursday 2pm to 10pm

Sunday 8am to 4pm

The successful candidate will haver proven Microsoft experience and a calm telephone manner. You will need to analyse situations fast and act professionally at all times. Previous experience working with the elderly or vulnerable individuals would be helpful.
