Tate are recruiting several Inbound Customer Service Advisors for a leading contact centre based in Leicester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to progress in their career to Team Leader / Sales Manager positions within a short period of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to generate new business
  • Negotiating pricing and specific contract based renewals.
  • Handling customer objections and successfully generating new business.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers in regards to key product upgrades, renewals and add-ons.

Essential Skills:

  • The ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Positive attitude and a flexible team player.
  • Previous customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, or food and beverages ect).
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate will start on £8.75 per hour, rising to £18,000 - £25,000 on a permanent basis.
  • 4 weeks of paid sales/product training.
