Tate are recruiting several Inbound Customer Service Advisors for a leading contact centre based in Leicester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to progress in their career to Team Leader / Sales Manager positions within a short period of time.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to generate new business
- Negotiating pricing and specific contract based renewals.
- Handling customer objections and successfully generating new business.
- Answering inbound calls from customers in regards to key product upgrades, renewals and add-ons.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Positive attitude and a flexible team player.
- Previous customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, or food and beverages ect).
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly rate will start on £8.75 per hour, rising to £18,000 - £25,000 on a permanent basis.
- 4 weeks of paid sales/product training.
