We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to support our clients who are accredited training providers based in Ashley Cross with the day to day co-ordination of their office. You will be assisting the Manager with business operational activities involving customer contact, staff co-ordination and striving to help the overall business meet its goals.
Permanent Role | Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | £19,000 - £23,000 DOE
A brief overview of responsibilities are as follows;
- Co-ordinating the provision, planning and management of training - Responding to any service delivery issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner - Escalating and prioritising issues and reporting to Managers - Ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines - General administration - Liaise between customers and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
Ideally you will need;
- To have a high level of self-motivation and initiative- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- An ability to follow tight processes and procedures- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Confident use of Microsoft Office- A calm, professional attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
