The Place

  • An established and successful Auction House based in Fitzrovia are seeking a graduate calibre Administrator, paying up to £23,000 + an extensive benefits package, to join their small, but ever expanding team.

The Role

  • This role will be primarily client orientated and you will be involved in assisting clients from purchase all the way through till they receive their antiquity. You will assist the transaction process including, invoicing, managing the customer accounts, dealing with queries as well as liaising with couriers to monitor the shipment process of the precious objects. You will also be involved in photographing the auction lots (training will be provided) to prepare the auction catalogues, as well as being involved in the twice yearly and electronic auctions.

The Person

  • The company are seeking a bright graduate calibre of candidate who is interested in becoming involved in the auction world. A background knowledge within History, Classics or History of Arts would be advantageous. You will be highly organised, have a passion for customer service and will seek to provide a 5 star, luxury service to all customers.
