Tate are recruiting a number of outbound customer service advisers for a very well-known water supplier based in Hatfield on a Temporary ongoing basis.
The role is paying £9.00 per hour and is Monday - Friday (office hours) 37 hours weekly.
This role is making calls to customers who have been affected by a leak or a drop in pressure somewhere in the pipelines, advising them of the next steps to take and what the company is able to do to rectify the problem.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Experience speaking with customers over the phone
- Administration experience in a professional environment
- The ability to handle a busy workload
- The ability to multitask and keep calm in a busy environment
Experience in a 'water' environment will not be necessary as training will be given on the technical side however experience with a customer service or administration is essential.
